                           Egg Roll Recipe 



Egg roll is a very famous street food and as well as fast food. If we make egg roll in our home it would be more healthy from the restaurant and that is why I am presenting egg roll recipe here which is very easy and can be made at home any time. One of the important ingredient for making it is egg. I have used one egg for each roll, if you want you can use two eggs for each roll. It depends on who is eating, so, as per your liking you can use egg to make egg roll. Not only egg, the other ingredients are also easily available in market and not so expensive. So, we can make egg roll easily as a snacks in the evening( because it is easy to cook and doesn't take much time.) and We can make it and serve them to the guests who come to the house suddenly.

Serve - 3 person

Preparation Time - 30 mints.

Cooking Time - 15 mints.

Total Time - 45 Mints.


Ingredients Of Egg Roll:---

For Making Paratha Or Chapati :---




1 - All purpose flour ( Maida ) - 200 gm

2 - Salt - 1/2 tsp

3 - Sugar - 1/2 tsp

4 - Oil - 3 tbsp.

5 - Hot Water - 1 cup

Others Ingredients:---



1 - Eggs - 3 

2 - Cucumber Slice - 2 cup

3 - Onion Slice - 2 Cup

4 - Salt - to taste

5 - Chat Masala - 1 Pinch

6 - Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp. each egg roll

7 - Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp each egg roll

8 - Chopped Green Chilli - 3 

9 - Lemon Juice - 1 tsp each egg roll.

Method :---

Making Paratha Or Chapati :---

1 - At first take a bowl and add all purpose flour ( Maida ), salt and sugar and mix it for two minutes.

    




 2 - then add oil and mix again well until it perfectly mixes with Maida (all purpose flour) .

 



3 - then add some hot water ( which is required not excessive ) and make a soft dough then divide it into equal 3 parts (each equal part is called lechi).






4 - Now I will make round shape paratha / Chapati with each lechi (each equal part of dough) just like picture given bellow.

     





   5 - Now turn on the gas and put a frying pan on it in medium flame. At first lightly fry the partha / chapati without oil on both side then add oil and fry till it turns light brown as like as the picture given bellow. I will fry all these 3 Paratha following the same procedure. Now keep the fried Partha aside.

          





  6 - Now take a bowl and add one egg, little bit salt and turmeric powder and beat it just like omelet batter. 




7 - (A) - Now add 1 tbsp. oil in the frying pan and spread the oil through out the pan. Now pour egg mixture over the oil and fry one side for few second.




(B) - After few second place the paratha / chapati over the semi cooked egg and press lightly using spatula. 



(C) - Now flip the Paratha gently using spatula(khunti) and fry the other side till the Paratha turns crispy and fully cooked. Follow the same procedure for other paratha. Now keep the all 3 paratha aside.




8 - Filling :---

(A) - Place a egg paratha on a plate ( the egg coating part will be on the top ) and put some chopped cucumber, onion sliced, green chilli chopped horizontally as shown in picture given bellow. 



(B) - Then sprinkle a pinch of salt, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, chat masala, 1/2 tsp lemon juice.




9 - Rolling:---

Now roll the egg paratha tightly. Wrap it with a parchment paper or butter paper and make sure to seal the bottom ( look at picture for better understanding ).




10 - Serving :---

       Serve the egg roll hot with or with out tomato ketchup, whatever you like.
