chicken pakora recipe (Chicken Pakora)
A food lover always like crispy and tasty Chicken Pakora which is very famous and mouth watering Indian street food. It is easily available in the restaurant but cooking at home will be more healthy. Pakora is really a great pairing with tea or coffee specially in the evening. When guests come to the house we can make and serve it quickly.
About The Recipe:---
To make crispy chicken pakora I have used boneless chicken here and made chicken mince(chicken kima) at home, then marinated with spices and set aside for 1 hour so that the spices go well inside the chicken. Finally deep fry until colour turns golden brown and out side become crispy.

Ingredients of chicken pakora :--
1- Chicken mince (Chicken Kima) - 300 gm
2- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
3- Salt - to taste
4- Ginger chopped - 2tbsp
5- Garlic chopped - 2 tbsp
6- Bessan - 2 cup
7- Corn flour - 1 cup
8- Oil - 4 cup
9- Soda - 1 pinch
10- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
11- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
12- Green chilli chopped - 1 tsp
13- Onion chopped - 2 cup
14- Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
15- Egg - 1 piece

Step- 1 -- Chicken Washing--
Step- 2 -- Marinate The Chicken
To marinate the chicken take a bowl and add chicken(kima), salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, baking soda, besan, cornflour, chaat masala, chopped green chilli, chopped onions, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, egg, oil and gently mix all the ingredients together.
Now keep it aside at least 1 hour. You can rest it for 3 to 4 hours also.
Step- 3 -- Frying Pakora:---
Take a pan, put it on medium flame and add oil, when the oil become hot drop the marinated chicken pieces in the hot oil and fry it until slightly browned.
Then double fry the chicken pieces in very hot oil until nicely browned and crispy. Once done remove the chicken pakora to a colander. Fry the entire marinated chicken following the same method.
Step- 4 -- Serving Pakora:---
Now sprinkle some chaat masala on it and serve the pakora hot with sauce and salad.
